Three Looks. One Energy. All You.

Some days, I want to be sleek and commanding. Other days, I’m feeling a little undone but still intentional. And then there are days where I’m mixing edge with polish, like “yes, I’m casual, but I still cleared the room.” These three looks are all different but they’re all me. That’s what I love about personal style. It doesn’t have to fit into one box. It just has to feel like you.

Styled by Vera Outfit Series

Three moods. One energy. All styled with intention.

The first look is my quiet power move. Black on black. Minimal but commanding. This is the kind of outfit that doesn’t need sequins to shine. It’s giving elevated dinner, networking event, maybe even "I planned the party and looked this good doing it." It’s the look that reminds me I don’t have to be loud to be seen.

The second one? Baby, she’s giving. The denim. The gold. That soft glam edge that says, “I might be laid back, but I’m not background.” This is my “styled but chill” energy. Like maybe I’m shopping for centerpieces... or maybe I’m the centerpiece. It’s comfort with confidence, the kind that still turns heads even when you’re not trying.

And that third look? A vibe all its own. Ripped jeans, a clean blazer, and that bold blue bag. It’s the balance I love most. Like I threw it on... but made sure it hit from every angle. It’s for when you want to look effortless but still feel like the main character.

Because at the end of the day, it’s all about the feeling. Style isn’t just about what’s trendy or expected, it’s about what you want to feel when you show up. I don’t dress based on the invitation. I dress based on the energy I want to bring into the space. Whether that’s softness that soothes, structure that commands attention, or a little sparkle that says “I’m the moment,” every outfit starts with intention.

Some days, I want to move with ease, nothing too tight, nothing too loud, just calm confidence and clean lines. Other days, I want to be seen, to stand tall in something bold, something that says, “I didn’t come to blend in.” And then there are days I don’t overthink it at all. I just follow the vibe, let the textures guide me, and trust that whatever I put on will reflect the version of me I woke up as.

Because fashion isn’t just clothing, it’s emotion, it’s storytelling. It’s the most personal kind of expression we have. And when you start with how you want to feel, the rest flows naturally. Your walk changes. Your posture lifts. Your whole energy shifts, and people feel that before they even say hello.

That’s how I treat event styling too. Every setup I create starts with a feeling. Some events need softness. Some call for bold structure. Some are full-on glam, others are more laid-back and luxe. But like these outfits, they all speak the same language: style with heart, styled with care.

Styled tabletop with blush roses and candles

The softness, the balance, the calm — this is how a vibe becomes a space.

When I build a look or a tablescape, I’m not just thinking about what looks pretty. I’m thinking about what kind of energy it carries into the room. What does this space say when people walk in? What do I want her to feel when she sees her setup for the first time?

And let’s be honest, sometimes the setup is just like the outfit. It’s not about the details being perfect. It’s about them being felt. A table with blush florals, gold candles, and soft linen might say “romance.” A bold backdrop and layered textures might say “let’s celebrate.” It’s all a reflection of the moment you’re creating , just like a great outfit.

The same way I play with textures and color in an outfit, I play with florals, candles, fabrics, and layers when I design a celebration. Whether it's a birthday, a bridal shower, or a just-because dinner party, I bring the same energy ,intentional, elevated, and still a little fun.

Because when style comes from a real place, it resonates. It doesn’t need a theme or a dress code. It just needs to feel like you.

Now tell me, which one of these looks would you rock? Are you the clean and commanding type? A little edgy with glam? Or maybe you’re giving chill baddie energy, styling your way through brunch with ease and flair?

Or maybe you’re like me. It depends on the playlist, the lighting, and whether or not the curls are curling that day.

Drop your fave in the comments or send me a note through the contact page. There’s something so inspiring about the way every woman adds her own twist.

And listen, you don’t need an occasion to wear the outfit. Sometimes the vibe itself is the event. So if that dress is calling your name, wear it. Even if it’s just to go pick up candles. You never know. It might turn into a moment worth celebrating.
